Off season is Sept .4 - May 31st. Over 2000 sq. ft. This is the most luxurious and premier of all the suites here at Sandy Beach Cottage's. Located on the top floor of our 3 story building with a full view from every angle. If you like to wake up in the morning to an ocean view or rest in the evening with a cup of tea or coffee while you watch the sunset from an unobstructed view in your living room or private deck, then the Sunset Suite is for you. The living room is approximately 600 square feet with two full sofa's, a chase lounge, TV/Cable/VCR, soft lighting for the evenings, dinette table that seats 6, and lots of room to spread out. Two queen size bedrooms, plus sofa bed, 2 full bathrooms, plantation shutters, dinning room that seats 10-12 for those of you who choose to rent more than 1 suite or for prearranged meetings, or retreats. A full kitchen and stairs that connect you to an additional private 300 sq. foot studio with private bath if you want even more room to spread out. (additional charge for the studio will apply) Play station 2 in the guest bdrm, beach level private bath/shower and laundry facilities plus storage for water toys such as surf boards skim boards and towels.
