Peek Season: $1,900.00/week, $275/night (six night minimum, plus $100 cleaning fee) Off Season: $1,750/week, $250/night (two night minimum, plus $100 cleaning fee) Peek Season is summer Jun. 1 thru Labor Day. Off season is Sept .4 - May 31st. 875 sq ft. This sweetly decorated 2 bedroom/1 bath garden getaway is just steps away from the sand. It has it’s own parking, 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed, full kitchen, patio off the dinette with a partial ocean view, wood floors, newly remodeled bathroom and fresh paint through out. If you enjoy a restful and spacious vacation in a condo right on the sand, then “Garden Gate” is for you. The living room is comfortable and open with TV/DVD/VHS for you to enjoy movies or relax with a great novel you’ve been waiting to read while listening to sounds of the waves. Our building includes a private bathroom and shower for our guests to use while at the beach, private laundry facilities and storage for your water toys such as surf boards, skim boards, towels and wet clothes.
