Peek Season: $2,275.00/week, $325/night (six night minimum, plus $100 cleaning fee) Off Season: $1,995/week, $285/night (two night minimum, plus $100 cleaning fee) Peek Season is summer Jun. 1 thru Labor Day. Off season is Sept .4 - May 31st. 800 sq ft. If you enjoy a full ocean view both when you wake up in the morning in our queen bed and while you relax in the living room or while making dinner, then “The Cottage Charm” is for you. The Cottage Charm is beautifully decorated in cottage style 2 bedroom, 2 bath with the master bedroom overlooking the ocean through sliding glass doors out to the deck, right on the water. The guest bedroom has 2 single beds, TV/VCR, a ps2, a table and 2 chairs, children's movies and books and a full kitchen with BBQ on the deck. The living room has TV/Cable/DVD complete ocean view, and lots of movies and books, the ocean breeze and the sound of waves in the background for your enjoyment. Also, private beach level bathroom/shower and laundry facilities plus storage for water toys such as surf boards, skim boards and towels.
