We are a Christian owned and operated organization and it is our desire to serve you by providing you a wonderful place to come and vacation in a quiet and peaceful environment. We would be happy to accommodate you in any way that we can and look forward to seeing you here!

  • We can accommodate small retreats, meetings, and family gatherings.
  • We are similar to a Bed and Breakfast atmosphere and décor but provide you with your own personal kitchen or kitchenette to prepare your own meals if you choose to eat in.
  • For your enjoyment and the enjoyment of our other guests we do not allow, smoking, pets, loud music, or unregistered guests. Parking available some restrictions apply.

GETTING HERE

Directions from I5:

Traveling south:

Take the Mission Ave. exit, as you exit the freeway stay to your left on the on ramp so that you go West on Missiont Ave torward the beach, turn left on Pacific St. travel approx. 1 mile to 213 S. Pacific St.

Traveling North:

Take the Mission Ave. exit, go West "right" on Mission Ave. torward beach. turn left on Pacific St. travel approx. 1 mile to 213 S. Pacific St.


Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made by contacting SBCI at 760/908-9170 before 15 days of reserved occupancy date to receive a refund. No voice messages will be accepted, you must have confirmation from a representative. Payment of rent is non-refundable after the 15 days of reserved occupancy date. All other fees collected will be refunded. A deposit of $500 is required to hold a unit in reservation for 15 days or more. This deposit will go towards rent payment.
